Senior Corporate Financial Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise back office financial systems for HR, payroll, and accounting.
• Lead project teams by developing plans, managing budgets, and conducting technical research.
• Translate complex customer requirements into functional mapping specifications and technical documentation.
• Map and test complex data files using EDI, XML, and JSON formats to meet business needs.
• Monitor daily transaction flows and troubleshoot data exchange errors across various communication protocols.
• Maintain trading partner connections and manage infrastructure on platforms like IBM Sterling B2Bi.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate reporting and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide input for scoping and impact analysis regarding future infrastructure updates and integrations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalency in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, and scripting languages in a business environment.
• Strong analytical skills including quantitative problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication at the executive level.
• Expertise in ETL/EDI, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, IBM Sterling B2Bi, and secure communication protocols (preferred).
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and automate reporting (preferred).
