JOB TITLE: Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer- Nashville,TN
As a Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer, you will join the OCI virtual networking team to develop foundational layers for customers running mission-critical enterprise and AI workloads. Your primary responsibility involves building gateway dataplanes designed to move and enforce traffic at high throughput and low latency. You will ensure these systems maintain strong tenant isolation, predictable behavior under failure, and operational simplicity. The role requires working close to the hardware and operating system while collaborating across control-plane, networking, security, observability, and operations teams. You will utilize core networking and systems engineering skills to solve complex technical problems within the virtual networking infrastructure. This position focuses on the technical challenges of high-performance traffic management and robust isolation for large-scale cloud computing environments.
