What you'll do

  • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Generate accurate cost estimates at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Implement creative contracting structures to align incentives and reduce disputes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all construction-related matters internally.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to senior management regularly.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in construction management.
  • At least 5 years of maritime construction leadership experience.
  • Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience developing budgets and managing financial reports for construction projects.
  • Expertise in cost estimating at all stages of the project lifecycle.
