What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Spotify model frameworks.
Strong technical fluency including architecture diagrams, APIs, system flows, data pipelines, and modern software practices.
Proven ability to manage risk, align stakeholders, and operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
