What you'll do

Lead the drafting and maintenance of local compliance policies aligned with EU/Luxembourg regulations.
Execute thematic reviews across key regulatory obligations to ensure second-line coverage.
Prepare materials for inspections, regulatory queries, and governance bodies for Coinbase Luxembourg.
Monitor consumer protection requirements and support Compliance by Design reviews for new products.
Coordinate regulatory reporting obligations and liaise with data teams for timely submissions.

What we're looking for

5+ years of compliance experience in EU-regulated financial institutions.
Expertise in EU financial regulations like MiCA, PSD2, AMLD, MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR.
Proven ability to prepare materials for regulatory inspections and queries.
Experience leading compliance monitoring programs with documented findings.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
Familiarity with crypto-related regulatory frameworks preferred.
