This role requires 3-4+ years of experience in an EU-regulated financial institution with a strong understanding of MiCA, PSD2, AMLD, MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in French is advantageous for interactions with local regulators. Familiarity with crypto-related regulatory frameworks is preferred.

What you'll do

Own execution of AML/CFT program activities including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
Execute compliance monitoring and testing, document findings, and track remediation actions.
Prepare regulatory reports, AML submissions, and dashboards for internal governance bodies.
Support horizon scanning for new EU/Luxembourg regulations and update local policies accordingly.
Maintain compliance registers and contribute to the Compliance Risk Assessment framework.

What we're looking for

3+ years of compliance experience in an EU-regulated financial institution.
Expertise in EU financial regulations including MiCA, PSD2, AMLD, MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR.
Proven ability to execute compliance monitoring/testing plans and prepare regulatory reports.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous for Luxembourg engagement.
Experience with crypto assets and related regulatory frameworks preferred.
