As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Process, you will join our dynamic team to guide customers in leveraging Microsoft’s advanced AI capabilities, focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and transitioning clients from legacy systems to modern cloud environments. You’ll work closely with partners to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in AI Business Process applications, including Dynamics 365 CE Solutions and Microsoft Power Platform, as well as experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Microsoft’s offerings by providing customer insights and engaging with relevant communities to share your knowledge and accelerate customers’ transformation journeys.

What you'll do

Drive positive customer satisfaction by leveraging expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Develop opportunities to enhance Microsoft technology usage through implementation advisory and performance efficiency.
Identify and resolve technical issues blocking the go-live of customer success projects.
Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate customer transformation.
Provide deep technical insights to guide customers from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and business objectives for AI solutions.

What we're looking for

At least 12 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Over 6 years of experience customizing and deploying Dynamics 365 CE Solutions or Microsoft Power Platform.
Minimum 1 year of production deployment experience with Copilot Studio.
Proven ability to work effectively in customer-facing roles.
Deep technical knowledge of AI Business Process solutions.
