This position demands strong collaboration skills, as you will act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with engineering teams to improve product adoption and remove blockers.

What you'll do

  • Engage with customer leaders to design secure, scalable AI and application solutions.
  • Lead technical engagements for POCs and MVPs to accelerate Azure AI and App Services adoption.
  • Ensure completeness of consumption and success plans in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
  • Provide delivery oversight and support for key Cloud Acceleration Factory engagements on AI and app innovation.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native development trends.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to design application migration strategies for AI-powered workloads.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights to influence product improvements.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub.
  • Ability to design secure, scalable solutions for customer applications and AI priorities.
  • Deep technical expertise in Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native development trends.
  • Experience leading technical engagements across architecture design, POCs, and MVPs.
  • Certified with advanced proficiency in priority workloads on Azure.
