Senior Clinical PD Program Manager - PH - Fridley, MN (Onsite)

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliverables in medical device development.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources while mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate clinical and regulatory activities to support approvals and compliance with GCP.
• Integrate pre-market and post-market clinical strategies into program execution effectively.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement through best practices and digital tools.
• Serve as a liaison between the Operating Unit and enterprise functional teams for alignment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing on process characterization and production ramp readiness.

• Medical device industry experience with new product development and sustaining engineering changes.
• Experience incorporating pre- and post-market clinical evidence plans into program execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product indication expansions and global market expansion initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for engaging effectively across all organizational levels globally.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing teams on process characterization and production ramp readiness.
