What you'll do

  • Provide technical insights on energy-based products to assess impact of changes.
  • Evaluate design and process impacts for remediation efforts addressing field complaints.
  • Coordinate Voice of Customer (VOC) activities and formative studies.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other regulations.
  • Conduct Monte Carlo simulations to assess risks across project phases.
  • Implement validation protocols including Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification.
  • Lead design and development of precision components for Injection Molding, Extrusion, CNC Machining.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field plus 5 years of experience or Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with FDA QSR, ISO standards, and other regulatory requirements
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and HP ALM for system enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in CAD tools like PTC Creo, Minitab, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD for design validation
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by ASQ or equivalent certifying agency required
  • Experience with DOE, CAPA process, NCMRs, and tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international team members across different time zones
