As a Digital Program Manager in our Pelvic Health operating unit, you will lead a complex digital platform initiative across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your role involves owning program schedules and execution while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, IT, UI/UX, Systems, Privacy, and Security teams to deliver impactful digital experiences for patients suffering from bladder and bowel control conditions. You will manage integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Additionally, you will drive program governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams, and support roadmap planning and resource coordination. The ideal candidate has experience leading the delivery of mobile applications, web applications, and enterprise digital platforms, familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns, and strong communication skills to manage large-scale programs effectively.
