What you'll do
Lead a team of 20 project and program managers to drive post-market program management functions.
Define strategic vision for post-market project and program management, ensuring best-in-class operations.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional post-market programs.
Ensure all marketed products comply with global regulatory standards by partnering closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
Establish and manage phase-gate processes for post-market programs to ensure effective governance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in PMO, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality or Supply Chain.
Minimum of 7 years of People Management experience leading project and program managers.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive meaningful change.
Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution processes.
Experience managing engineering or project management teams in a regulated medical device environment.
Demonstrated success in influencing without authority and navigating matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
