The Senior Business Systems Analyst joins the Information Technology team to serve as the lead architect and developer for OneStream applications. What you'll do

Architect, develop, and implement OneStream solutions for financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and data integration.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and SOX-compliant application designs and technical solutions.
Manage the full application lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
Build and maintain integrations between OneStream and ERP systems, including data validation and transformation mapping.
Develop reporting and analytics solutions such as dashboards, cube views, board books, and ad hoc reporting tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
Provide technical expertise and consultation to users regarding system capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.
Support Corporate Finance during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure data integrity.

What we're looking for

Deep hands-on experience with OneStream XF across Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, and Integrations.
Strong understanding of EPM data structures and multidimensional databases.
Advanced SQL development skills.
Expertise in OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET and/or C#.
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience.
Functional knowledge or education background in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, programming, or related careers.
Demonstrates expert functional, technical, people, and process management skills.
Good communication skills to bring topics into teams for understanding.
