What you'll do

  • Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources to support operational reporting and readiness analytics.
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks with Apache Spark.
  • Develop and maintain curated, analysis-ready datasets with a focus on data quality and lineage.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning to generate forecasts and predictive analytics for military missions.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support consistent metrics and reporting.
  • Integrate data products into Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Prepare and analyze unstructured data for text and language-focused use cases using basic NLP.
  • Document data sources, transformations, and analytical methodologies to ensure operational continuity.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must currently possess a Top Secret clearance or be able to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative science, social science, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to experience in a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Proficient in SQL Server (SQL/T-SQL) including querying, joins, indexing, and relational schemas.
  • Foundational programming skills in Python or R for analysis, data manipulation, and ML workflows.
  • Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark (preferably PySpark) for scalable data preparation.
