Senior Balance Sheet Management Analyst (BSIRRM-Change Management)

What you'll do

• Own the implementation of various models and updates through QRM and data models supporting Interest Rate Risk (IRR).
• Manage global treasury activities including funding, liquidity risk management, asset and liability management, and financial performance management.
• Monitor market conditions to provide advisory on treasury finance risks.
• Ensure accurate completion and compliance of recurring deliverables with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management teams, and external parties like regulatory agencies.
• Make recommendations to more experienced group members and management based on analysis.
• Establish controlled processes and ensure data quality in QRM systems.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of Treasury experience or equivalent
• Experience with QRM systems including data delivery and process automation
• Proficiency in SQL within QRM environments
• Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk (IRR) models and valuation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for complex treasury reporting
• Familiarity with financial industry practices and regulatory requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels
