What you'll do

Administer system applications including user control access.
Monitor data backup and archival to meet RTO and RPO requirements.
Utilize configuration management for software and method management.
Author documents such as impact statements, risk assessments, and SOPs.
Support system validation efforts through SAT/FAT and integration testing.
Process change control requests to maintain systems in a compliant state.
Provide end-user support including training and troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

At least 5+ years of experience in automation system administration.
Experience with Ignition, MQTT brokers, HiveMQ, HighByte, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of System Design Lifecycle and Quality Risk Management.
Ability to author technical documents such as SOPs, risk assessments, and validation plans.
Expertise in monitoring data backup and ensuring systems meet RTO/RPO objectives.
Strong project management and organizational skills for complex environments.
Familiarity with regulatory policies and quality documentation methods.
