You will leverage your expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (Siemens and Rockwell), electro-mechanical equipment, and industrial control systems using tools like AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office. Additionally, you will build custom object-oriented applications in C++, C#, Python, or Java to support process data collection systems. With a background in electrical, chemical, or computer engineering, you should have 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing automation and cGMP environments, along with strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and Agile development practices.

What you'll do
Develop and upgrade automated medical diagnostic consumable device manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production assembly systems and propose solutions.
Analyze system performance data to establish acceptance criteria for new systems.
Create detailed technical documentation including validation documents and user requirements.
Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing network systems with IT teams.
Anticipate potential problems impacting system performance and develop risk mitigation plans.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in complex electromechanical instrumentation and industrial control systems design.
Extensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (Siemens and Rockwell) and electro-mechanical equipment.
Experience with custom object-oriented applications development using C, C++, C#, HTML, Python, Java, and GUI implementation.
Strong background in Lean business methodologies including TPM, 5S, Lean 3P Design, and OEE Monitoring.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Chemical/Computer Engineering or related field required.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups effectively.
