Senior Associate Scientist- Formulations

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using biophysical and biochemical techniques.
• Develop parenteral formulations for biotherapeutic modalities, including peptides, mAbs, ADCs, proteins, and vaccines.
• Support drug product manufacturing process development from bench-top to pilot scale.
• Prepare data summary presentations and author technical reports communicating results and conclusions effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize formulation and advance candidate progression.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 2–4 years or Master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical techniques like UPLC, SDS-PAGE, CGE, iCE, and spectroscopy.
• Experience in analytical characterization of biotherapeutics using various biophysical and biochemical methods.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in scientific problem-solving using contemporary techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for data presentation and report writing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA and ICH guidelines (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
