What you'll do

Translate business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog while identifying dependencies and sequencing work.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including release planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Coordinate pre-release readiness activities such as regression testing and production validation planning.
Triage and support the resolution of defects and production issues with engineering and operations teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Shape delivery plans that align with customer needs and business outcomes.

What we're looking for

5 years of experience in product delivery, technology, project delivery, or a related field within financial services or payments-adjacent domains.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology solutions in a regulated or risk-managed environment.
Working knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including APIs and microservices architectures like Kafka.
Experience translating business requirements into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Experience supporting agile delivery and backlog management using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, prioritize competing work, and maintain delivery transparency across multiple teams.
Ability to produce clear written documentation and deliver stakeholder communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
