The Senior Associate, Integration & Test Engineer joins the engineering team to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. This role involves coordinating assembly level through system level integration and test activities to ensure all technical obligations are fulfilled. Key responsibilities include performing systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes, developing test plans, requirements traceability, and test case designs, and executing functional testing at the system, CCA, and component levels. The position requires using software tools for scripting and hardware troubleshooting, as well as performing root cause analysis and failure trend analysis. Candidates must possess skills in software and hardware verification and validation. The work focuses on the technical integration of complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems within a defense technology context.
Define and synthesize test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, and test case designs.
Execute functional testing at the system, CCA, and component levels.
Perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting using various software tools.
Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems for verification and validation.
Perform root cause analysis and create necessary corrective actions.
Support operations by identifying and resolving failure trends.
Provide technical consultation to internal organizations and customers.
What we're looking for
Applicants must be pursuing a Master's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
