What you'll do

  • Iterate the sales playbook and product positioning for different merchant segments.
  • Run competitive analysis to build a case for why merchants should choose our products over alternatives.
  • Sell directly to merchants by understanding their workflows and goals, providing solutions to daily problems.
  • Design and run onboarding experiences to ensure high adoption and stickiness of new tools.
  • Feed quantitative data and qualitative feedback into the product roadmap from merchant interactions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams to build and launch new products.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in consultative selling or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build and test pricing/GTM hypotheses.
  • Fluency with AI tools like Claude Code for daily tasks.
  • Strong communication skills: clear writing, persuasive presenting.
  • Comfortable working across enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Curiosity about products and their underlying mechanics.
