What you'll do

Develop machine learning models through all phases of development including design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
Utilize a broad technology stack including Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, and Spark to extract insights from large datasets.
Analyze and interpret complex numeric and textual data to uncover hidden business opportunities.
Translate technical findings and complex data science work into tangible goals for non-technical stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and state-of-the-art methods to improve existing processes.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products in collaboration with engineers and product managers.
Solve complex problems by blending quantitative tools with business thinking to forecast rare or unprecedented events.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of experience performing data analytics.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
At least 2 years of experience in Python.
At least 2 years of experience with machine learning.
At least 2 years of experience with SQL.
Experience working with AWS and cloud computing platforms.
Proficiency in building, validating, and backtesting models using techniques like clustering, classification, and time series.
Ability to translate complex technical data into tangible business goals for cross-functional teams.
