What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of experience.
  • A Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of experience.
  • A Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 1+ year of experience.
  • Equivalent professional experience to the specified educational requirements.
  • Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), multimodal models, and model optimization.
  • Experience with post-training methods including fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and high-quality data curation.
  • At least 3 years of experience creating publications such as patents, libraries, or peer-reviewed academic papers.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
