We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our expanding team, where you will lead the end-to-end design of AI systems including large language model applications and NLP pipelines at enterprise scale. You will evaluate and recommend AI frameworks and cloud services while integrating contact center AI with CRM and workforce management systems via APIs. Responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines, mentoring teams across software engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with secure development guidelines. This role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, Kubernetes, and experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins. Ideal candidates will have a background in designing cloud-native solutions and big data processing using tools such as Dataflow, Bigtable, and PubSub, alongside strong communication skills to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Lead the end-to-end design of AI systems, including LLM-powered applications and NLP pipelines.
Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks and cloud services aligned with business goals.
Integrate contact center AI with CRM and workforce management systems via APIs.
Build scalable data pipelines and feature stores for model training and evaluation.
Manage cross-functional teams to mentor and develop first-level leaders and contributors.
