Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel is a plus, as well as knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases. Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries is beneficial, along with strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

Design and build production AI agents for enterprise workflows.
Serve as the expert for Anthropic Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot platforms.
Develop custom integrations with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Create multi-step agent architectures including memory and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Build evaluation systems to measure agent performance against business outcomes.
Ensure agents meet company standards for data handling and responsible AI use.

What we're looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience with Python and Typescript/Javascript.
2+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
Hands-on experience with frontier LLM APIs like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.
Experience with at least one agent framework such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
