What you'll do

Lead technical execution for assigned platforms including YieldStar performance, control loops, and metrology optimization.
Manage workstreams for new product introduction (NPI), pilot-line execution, and ramp-to-volume readiness.
Serve as the primary technical interface between ASML and customers regarding on-product performance issues.
Translate complex customer challenges into structured problem statements and actionable engineering solutions.
Analyze large datasets from scanner and metrology tools to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
Design and conduct experiments with customers to validate product performance and value.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the applications team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IC manufacturing, lithography, metrology, or process technology.
Experience supporting NPI, ramp, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
Strong experience in data analysis and coding using tools such as Python, MATLAB, R, or JMP.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical workstreams within cross-functional and global teams.
Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights and perform hypothesis-driven problem solving.
Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
