What you'll do

Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise systems and integrations to improve reliability and data quality.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and document all designs, configurations, and impacts.
Drive complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications and data flows to implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and reusable configurations for information systems to ensure security and compliance.
Plan and execute system changes, releases, and upgrades, including test planning and post-implementation validation.
Analyze usage patterns and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
Mentor peers and partner teams on system capabilities, configuration options, and operational procedures.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, or a related technology role supporting business-critical platforms.
Experience designing, configuring, and supporting complex enterprise applications or platforms like HR, finance, CRM, or ITSM.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system changes from concept through implementation.
Experience analyzing system issues and data flows to develop remediation plans, process improvements, or automation opportunities.
An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
