As a Senior Application Engineer for 3M’s Transportation & Energy Vertical Business, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between vehicle emissions systems customers and 3M, focusing on catalytic converter thermal barriers. Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering, at least five years of experience in vehicle applications support, and strong analytical and communication skills. Additional preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in relevant fields, knowledge of vehicle emissions systems, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and validation requirements.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering from an accredited institution.
At least five years of experience providing technical support for vehicle applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Tier 1 or OEMs in vehicle emissions systems design.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and validation requirements.
Current, valid Driver’s License.
