Senior Application Developer, Risk Technology

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain Archer applications that align with corporate risk management goals.
• Configure Archer solutions including layouts, advanced workflows, reporting, notifications, and access controls.
• Develop data-driven events, calculations, data feeds, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Create solution documentation and presentations to articulate value and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Define and size initiatives using a minimum viable product approach to deliver incremental value.
• Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing for all deliverables.
• Provide responsive production support and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Manage data migration and validation efforts to ensure information accuracy and integrity.

What we're looking for

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Archer, including versions 6 and above, core solutions, and on-demand applications.
• Ability to design and configure Archer solutions including layouts, workflows, reporting, notifications, and access controls.
• Experience configuring data-driven events, calculations, data feeds, imports, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Experience providing production support for Archer, Business Continuity in the Cloud, and other GRC platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Archer SaaS implementations and their unique configuration and deployment considerations.
• Exposure to Business Continuity platforms such as Everbridge and BC in the Cloud (preferred).
• Archer Professional Certification (Admin 1 and Admin 2) (preferred).
