You will also manage control procedure documentation for new products and system implementations, work closely with internal audit groups on testing programs, and coordinate with external auditors for compliance testing. The role requires expertise in SOX 404 requirements, PCAOB standards, COSO framework, and ITGCs, along with experience in cloud environments, ERP systems, and GRC platforms. Ideal candidates have a background in Big 4 IT Audit or related fields and possess certifications like CPA, CISA, CIA, or CISSP.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs) across critical systems.
  • Document and test automated controls and IT-dependent manual controls for compliance.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Finance, Compliance teams on control implementation.
  • Lead periodic reviews to ensure application controls and Segregation of Duties are configured correctly.
  • Design testing programs in tandem with internal audit groups to meet SOX assertions.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of Big 4 experience in IT Audit or SOX Compliance.
  • CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and IT General Controls (ITGCs).
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing ITGC and SOX compliance programs.
  • Expertise in cloud environments, SaaS applications, identity management, SDLC processes, and cybersecurity controls.
