What you'll do

Support IT SOX scoping by conducting system-level risk assessments and identifying dependencies.
Perform ITGC SOX assessments for new and changed systems under managerial guidance.
Review IT control strategies, documentation, and architecture to ensure alignment with financial reporting risks.
Conduct walkthroughs, design reviews, and support testing activities for audit preparation.
Evaluate control execution evidence to confirm compliance with IT SOX requirements.
Monitor ongoing effectiveness of ITGCs, automated controls, and key reports regularly.
Identify potential control issues and escalate them while supporting remediation efforts.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in IT Sarbanes-Oxley scoping and ITGC assessments.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing control strategies and system documentation.
Proficient in performing control design reviews and operating effectiveness testing.
Experience identifying and addressing control deficiencies with remediation tracking.
CPA or CISA certification preferred, foundational understanding of SOX requirements.
