What you'll do

Oversee IT control environment effectiveness for SOX compliance.
Engage stakeholders to monitor IT control effectiveness and communicate findings.

Drive remediation priorities with business and IT stakeholders for timely issue closure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology or related field plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree and 4 years of experience in information technology, audit, or information security.
Experience applying PCAOB and AICPA methodologies to assess control environments and implement internal controls for compliance.
Proficiency in designing and implementing IT General Controls (ITGCs) and automated controls using various technologies.
Ability to execute annual SOX program utilizing a risk-based approach to verify systems and IT controls, identify IT dependencies.
Expertise in evaluating control deficiencies by identifying root causes and compensating controls; advising teams during transformation initiatives.
