As a Senior Analyst, Agentic AI Engineer on the Services Operations AI Transformation team, you will drive enterprise AI transformation by embedding with operational teams to identify, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions. You will translate complex business processes into production-ready AI agents while establishing governance, standards, and reusable templates for scalable adoption. Your daily work involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources. To succeed, you must possess strong Python programming skills and experience in prompting, tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow orchestration. You will also manage portfolio intake and performance monitoring. The role requires expertise in software engineering or data science to solve the challenge of automating and enhancing operations through AI-native workflows within a global services organization.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, technical consulting, or a related technical field.
Strong Python programming skills for developing and maintaining production-quality applications.
Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered solutions including prompting, tool integration, RAG, workflow orchestration, and evaluation techniques.
Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to develop technical specifications and deliver solutions from concept through production.
Experience with AI development tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, DataRobot, Windsurf, or comparable technologies (preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise delivery processes, including architecture reviews, security/governance requirements, Jira/Confluence, portfolio management, and executive reporting (preferred).
