What we're looking for

  • Masters, Ph.D., or equivalent experience in life sciences domain expertise.
  • 8+ years of experience in scientific computing and machine learning for life sciences.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with developers or managing strategic partnerships in life sciences.
  • Proven experience with modern machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI in healthcare and biopharma.
  • Hands-on experience in scientific and high-performance computing.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing data science, deep learning, and generative AI approaches in drug discovery.
