Senior AI/ML Engineer - Engineering Excellence (Full Stack Developer) Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions using Python and Java.
• Develop end-to-end AI systems integrating with existing applications on major cloud platforms.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for robust, production-ready integration in enterprise environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools to automate the deployment of AI models and services.
• Design efficient data storage and retrieval strategies using both SQL and NoSQL databases for AI applications.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and tooling standards in full-stack AI development.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Expert proficiency in Python for data manipulation and machine learning frameworks like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong skills in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) for building scalable enterprise applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Proven ability to lead the development of AI assistant tools and integrate advanced generative AI methods.
