Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Full Stack

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear technical plans with defined trade-offs and success metrics.
• Build full-stack systems including user experiences, services, APIs, data models, and operational workflows.
• Develop tools for real estate professionals to manage customer interactions and internal teams to test new features.
• Execute comprehensive launch strategies including testing, rollout plans, monitoring, and safety safeguards.
• Analyze post-launch production metrics and customer behavior to continuously improve existing systems.
• Mentor other engineers and raise technical standards through code reviews and collaborative discussions.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience building and shipping software in product environments where engineers own work beyond implementation.
• A track record of owning features or product areas from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including system design, testing strategy, debugging, maintainability, and operational readiness.
• Strong product and business judgment to connect technical decisions to customer impact and company goals.
• Full-stack range to move across user experience, services, APIs, and data concerns.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data partners on customer-facing or workflow-heavy products.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or automation in day-to-day engineering work.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English to write specs, explain tradeoffs, and drive decisions.
