Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Full Stack

What you'll do

• Turn loosely defined ideas into clear plans with tradeoffs, edge cases, and success metrics.
• Build systems that real estate professionals and internal product teams use to manage customer experiences.
• Develop full-stack solutions across user experiences, services, APIs, data models, and operational workflows.
• Ship products with comprehensive testing strategies, rollout plans, monitoring, and risk safeguards.
• Analyze production metrics and customer behavior to continuously improve shipped features.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring others.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience building and shipping software in product environments where engineers own work beyond implementation.
• A track record of owning features or product areas from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including system design, testing strategy, debugging, maintainability, and operational readiness.
• Strong product and business judgment to connect technical decisions to customer impact and company goals.
• Full-stack range to move across user experience, services, APIs, and data concerns.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data partners on customer-facing or workflow-heavy products.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or automation as part of day-to-day engineering work.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English to write specs, explain tradeoffs, and drive decisions asynchronously.
