Senior AI Technology Strategy Lead Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive the development, execution, and delivery of technology strategies and priorities across business teams.
• Scope complex problems and design actionable solutions while evaluating their implications on business goals.
• Research and analyze technology trends and innovation opportunities using public and non-public sources.
• Develop work plans to test and evaluate strategies for process improvement and organizational change.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Build trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through formal and informal coaching.
• Identify project roadblocks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Experience formulating and executing strategies involving AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
• Proven track record of managing the project lifecycle while influencing decision makers and adapting to change.
• Strong technical fluency with deep familiarity in current platforms, software tools, and technologies.
• Excellent skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI applications.
• Ability to design and lead planning for leadership meetings and strategic events.
• Experience leading client projects while managing multiple people across several workstreams.
