As a Group AI Product Manager within the Corporate and Investment Banking operations team, you will lead large segments of the AI strategy while guiding product managers and engineers through complex execution phases. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, writing roadmaps and product requirements documents for ambitious early-stage projects, and collaborating with executive leadership to deliver results. The role focuses on building next-generation autonomous agents that can reason, plan, act, and learn to solve critical operational problems. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Large Language Models, optimization techniques like prompting and fine-tuning, and AI frameworks including RAG, MCPs, and agentic pipelines. You will navigate organizational complexity to deliver high-impact initiatives while staying current on the latest advancements in agentic AI and LLM technologies to solve large-scale banking operations challenges.
Define and drive the AI product strategy for large areas of bank operations.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to develop their skills and execution.
Write and own roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for high-priority projects.
Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
Monitor and integrate the latest AI innovations, agentic practices, and LLM technologies.
Drive business-critical initiatives to deliver measurable results across the organization.
Manage the full product development lifecycle from initial vision through launch.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role driving the full product development lifecycle.
4+ years of experience in a company with a strong product management culture.
Familiarity with AI model architectures (LLMs), optimization techniques (prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning), and frameworks (RAG, MCPs, agentic pipelines).
Advanced degree in Computer Science or another relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
Proven track record of delivering and launching successful products at scale within time-sensitive timelines (preferred).
Experience motivating others at all levels by creating solid roadmaps and a shared sense of purpose (preferred).
Ability to balance detailed technical guidance with big picture strategy while navigating organizational complexity (preferred).
