As a Senior AI Engineer at our innovative tech company, you will join a dynamic team focused on leveraging large language models and agentic workflows to solve complex business challenges. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing intelligent agents and retrieval pipelines that integrate structured data with unstructured knowledge, as well as developing modular APIs and microservices for seamless integration of LLMs and traditional ML models into enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring the security and reliability of your integrations. Key technologies include Python (FastAPI, LangChain), vector databases, RAG workflows, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen. This role requires a deep understanding of data structures, asynchronous programming, and pipeline orchestration, as well as expertise in embedding safety mechanisms for AI systems. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience in ML and software engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects from concept to deployment.
Design and productionize LLM-powered applications combining structured data and business logic.
Build agentic AI systems capable of retrieving context and generating insights for decision-making.
Develop modular APIs and micro-services to integrate LLMs with enterprise systems securely.
Embed context-aware intelligence in decision-making tools through collaboration with sales ops teams.
Lead technical decisions on infrastructure, including safety mechanisms for AI models.
Construct scalable pipelines for multi-modal agent input, memory management, and semantic routing.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in ML, software engineering, or data science with focus on Applied AI and LLMs.
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, LangChain), context engineering, RESTful API design, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs.
Solid grounding in data structures, async programming, pipeline orchestration, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
Ability to lead development of AI projects from start to finish and balance competing priorities effectively.
Familiarity with telemetry and evaluation frameworks for AI agents and designing business-context layers combining structured data and unstructured knowledge.
