What you'll do

Design and productionize LLM-powered applications combining structured data and business logic.
Build agentic AI systems capable of retrieving context, reasoning across sources, and generating insights.
Develop modular APIs and micro-services to integrate LLMs with enterprise systems securely.
Embed context-aware intelligence in decision-making tools for sales operations.
Lead technical decisions on infrastructure components and safety mechanisms for AI systems.
Design scalable pipelines for multi-modal agent input, memory management, and semantic routing.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in ML, software engineering, or data science with recent focus on Applied AI and LLMs.
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, LangChain, RESTful API design, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs.
Solid grounding in data structures, async programming, pipeline orchestration, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Ability to lead development of AI projects from start to finish and balance competing priorities effectively.
Familiarity with telemetry and evaluation frameworks for AI agents and designing business-context layers.
