Senior AI Architect, Enterprise Integrations

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and architecture sessions to define AI integration strategies for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, and APIs.
• Establish a semantic data layer to standardize and contextualize enterprise data for AI discovery.
• Design and build Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway servers to expose enterprise data as structured context.
• Define patterns for agent orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Provide cloud and LLM consumption cost estimates to optimize for cost-effective architecture.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable assets to accelerate client delivery and mentor other consultants.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in application or solution architecture.
• 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Proven experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and workflows.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript for building AI integration solutions.
• Consulting or professional services experience with client relationship management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
