This role requires a minimum of five years of software engineering experience with Python and async work, three years of OAuth 2.0/OIDC expertise, and one year of MCP server integration experience, alongside deep knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (I&AM) solutions for clients.
  • Develop optimized I&AM architectures aligned with client business needs.
  • Build deep relationships with senior executives to understand strategic direction.
  • Conduct research and develop knowledge capital in AI security identity stack.
  • Deliver thought leadership to grow Accenture Security across North America.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on Python and async work.
  • Minimum 3 years working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows, including DCR, PAR, and token exchange.
  • Deep understanding of Zero Trust architectures, Identity Governance, Administration (IGA), Secrets Management, and policy-based access control.
  • Minimum 1 year of MCP server development or integration experience.
  • Experience with at least one agent framework such as Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong background in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.
