What you'll do

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (I&AM) solutions for clients.
  • Develop optimized I&AM architectures aligned with client business needs.
  • Build deep relationships with senior executives to understand strategic direction.
  • Conduct research and develop knowledge capital in AI security and identity engineering.
  • Deliver thought leadership to grow Accenture Security across North America.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with hands-on Python and async work.
  • At least 3 years of working knowledge in OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows, including DCR, PAR, and token exchange.
  • Deep understanding of Zero Trust architectures, Identity Governance, Administration (IGA), Secrets Management, and policy-based access control.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with at least one agent framework like Claude Agent SDK or AutoGen.
  • Experience in MCP server development or integration for security solutions.
  • Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
