Senior Aftermarket Parts Planner

What you'll do

• Plan and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Develop comprehensive critical spares lists for hazard zone deployments, establishing appropriate stocking strategies.
• Design and implement effective inventory control strategies including min/max levels and safety stock calculations.
• Monitor part usage and failure rates, collaborating with Reliability Engineering to improve material planning.
• Proactively identify at-risk materials and expedite them to prevent maintenance delays and protect asset uptime.
• Foster strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and align on Field Service & MRO strategies.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning or MRO planning.
• Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated proactive approach and effective management of multiple priorities.
• TS (Top Secret) clearance preferred, especially for defense applications.
• Experience with inventory control strategies like min/max levels and safety stock.
