What you'll do

Plan and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
Develop comprehensive critical spares lists for hazard zone deployments, establishing appropriate stocking strategies.
Design and implement effective inventory control strategies including min/max levels and safety stock calculations.
Monitor part usage and failure rates, collaborating with Reliability Engineering to improve material planning and asset reliability.
Proactively identify at-risk materials and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions to prevent maintenance delays.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in supply chain planning or MRO planning.
Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges creatively and efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Demonstrated proactive approach and effective management of multiple priorities.
TS (Top Secret) clearance preferred, especially for defense applications.
