What you'll do

Conduct supplier selection for specific products using approved supplier lists.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
Manage NPI component procurement to scale up manufacturing operations efficiently.
Verify and manage supplier-related CAPEX throughout the new product introduction phase.
Complete BOM risk assessments and develop plans per part analysis.
Qualify components by relevant stakeholders before production needs arise.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required
Background in design and development of mechanical/electronic devices preferred
Experience in advanced sourcing activities, including commodity/sourcing manager roles
Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering and TCO-related work at component/product level
Secret security clearance mandatory
Strong commercial negotiation skills for supplier rationalization and cost management
