What you'll do

Investigate open problems in agentic AI systems and design production-relevant evaluation methodologies.
Translate research findings into production-grade Python services and SDK modules for real workloads.
Build and validate platform-level capabilities, ensuring they are observable and reproducible from prototypes.
Integrate validated research capabilities into production systems through standard engineering workflows.
Identify and propose concrete solutions for platform gaps surfaced by research experiments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript for production systems.
At least 5 years hands-on experience with AI or ML systems, including large language models.
Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into production-grade implementations.
Deep expertise in applied AI systems research areas such as agent memory management or inference efficiency.
Experience with async Python, containerization, and distributed tracing instrumentation preferred.
