What you'll do

Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Troubleshoot and update IAM systems to ensure continuous operational functionality.
Use automation and orchestration tools to streamline IAM maintenance and monitoring.
Investigate and respond proactively to security incidents related to identity and access.
Manage IAM systems across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based environments.
Evaluate and recommend innovative IAM technologies and solutions to optimize the enterprise environment.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible.
Must be DoD 8140 IAT II compliant.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field (experience may be substituted).
Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based environments.
Proficient in using automation and orchestration for streamlined maintenance and monitoring of IAM systems.
Relevant certifications such as Azure/AWS Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or MCSE (preferred).
