Security Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead security engineering capabilities across specific technical domains and enterprise projects.
• Design, build, and oversee security architecture and systems aligned with corporate policies and regulations.
• Integrate security into the early stages of system and software design to ensure operational excellence.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary liaison for business, IT, and operations leaders.
• Manage the secure operation of large-scale cloud and enterprise environments while resolving complex technical issues.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage security technologies while monitoring industry trends and emerging threats.
• Establish and manage security governance processes, including resource utilization and operational controls.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team through hiring and performance management.

What we're looking for

• You must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience in leadership and managing others is required.
• Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• 10+ years of Technical Engineering and Information Security experience (preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant Defense and Technical Information Security Technology experience plus specialized training (preferred).
• 8+ years of information security assessment, architecture, engineering, and operations (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant architecture discipline such as integrations, data, services, applications, or infrastructure (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Enterprise-class architecture concepts, definition, and creation (preferred).
