Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead advanced penetration testing engagements for on-premise and cloud application portfolios.
• Create sophisticated attack plans to identify vulnerabilities across web, mobile, and network systems.
• Provide detailed remediation guidance to development teams to improve product security maturity.
• Build and operate agentic AI workflows to scale automated security testing capabilities.
• Make risk-based decisions to ensure products meet high security standards.
• Develop and maintain custom security tools using Python or Bash.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive technical feedback on security practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years experience, Master's plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year in application-level penetration testing.
• Experience in offensive security across web applications, mobile applications, networks, and distributed systems.
• Technical understanding of common vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and corresponding remediation strategies.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Ability to develop and maintain custom tooling using Python or Bash.
• Active contributions to the security community such as research publications, CVEs, open-source projects, or bug-bounty recognitions (preferred).
• Experience in development and automation languages including C++, Javascript, Python, or Go (preferred).
• Experience with Splunk products, cross-functional relationship building, and mentoring team members (preferred).
